At B Accelerator Tower, we are committed to ensuring that our facilities are accessible and welcoming for everyone, including those with reduced mobility. We believe that every individual should have equal access to our spaces, and we have implemented several features to meet this goal. Below, we detail the accessibility features we offer:
Accessibility
Our facilities are fully equipped to welcome individuals who use wheelchairs. You can access the building from the ground floor at Gran Vía Don Diego López de Haro 1, or through the parking lot on level -1 via Hurtado de Amezaga. Access to the Torre Bizkaia is through the lobby on the ground floor, where the access turnstiles are wide enough to allow wheelchair passage.
Accessible Elevators
The elevators are equipped with an audio system that facilitates the selection of the desired floor. Users can hear the floor number and press the corresponding button when their destination is announced.
Stairlift Platform
In the auditorium, we have installed a stairlift platform that allows individuals with reduced mobility to access the presentation area, overcoming any level differences with ease.
Evacuation Procedures
In the event of an evacuation, individuals with mobility difficulties, along with an accompanying person, can wait in the refuge areas located on each floor. After informing staff of their situation, they will be safely evacuated via stairs or the elevator, with external assistance arriving as needed.
Accessible Restrooms
We have accessible restrooms for individuals with reduced mobility on each floor, ensuring comfort and easy access. On the 6th floor, which is our event area, we offer a total of four accessible restrooms.
